Actualizing
Together

More connection. More belonging. More life, together. A recurring gathering where people share food, make meaningful connections, experience practices from local facilitators, and share the gifts that make their community come alive.

Good food. Real connection. Shared gifts.

Monthly recurring gathering

The Disconnect

We have never been more connected.
And never felt more alone.

We want deeper friendships, local community, places to belong, and people to grow, play, create, and navigate life with. Most of us just don't know where to find them.

Meanwhile, almost every city is already full of people with knowledge, practices, passions, and gifts worth sharing. The people are already here. What's missing is a place and a rhythm that keeps bringing them together.

What if community had a heartbeat?

The Ritual

A monthly rhythm for coming alive, together.

Not another networking event. Not another conference. Not another night spent scrolling.

Sharing Food

Eat together. Bring something if you can. The potluck isn't just about food — it's the easiest way for strangers to become people you know.

Real Connection

Space for conversations and experiences that go well past small talk, without anyone having to perform.

Sharing Gifts

Local facilitators and community members share practices, knowledge, passions, and the things they love.

Gather some good humans. Share a meal. Share experiences. See what emerges.

Growing Together

Learn something. Try something. Meet someone. Discover another part of yourself.

Joy & Play

Music, movement, laughter, spontaneity, and enough unstructured time for life to actually happen.

The Architecture

What an evening can look like

6:30pm

Potluck + Arrival

Bring something to share, grab a plate, meet some humans. No forced networking — just food and conversation.

7:30pm

Featured Experience

One short shared experience led by someone in the community: movement, authentic relating, storytelling, collective sensemaking, or something completely unexpected.

8:00pm

Community Labs

Two smaller groups rotate through two ~25-minute experiences. Each facilitator runs theirs twice — learning from the first group and improving it for the second.

9:00pm

Hang Out

Music. Conversation. Connection. Let the structure dissolve and see what happens.

The Gifts

You don't need to be an expert.

Actualizing Together is also a place to practice sharing what you know. A 25-minute Community Lab is intentionally small. Try something. Learn what works. Get feedback. Do it again.

The Heartbeat

Start with one night.

Month 1

One gathering. Fifteen people share food and experiences.

Month 2

Someone offers to facilitate.

Month 3

New friendships and collaborations form. Someone starts another local event.

Month 4

Another person wants to help host.

Over time

A living local ecosystem emerges.

1 gathering / month→2 gatherings / month→weekly heartbeat

There's no need to grow for growth's sake. One meaningful monthly gathering people love returning to is already a success. Frequency emerges from community appetite.

The Network

The gathering is local.
The network is bigger.

Actualizing Together is supported by Actualize Earth, which helps people discover the people, events, facilitators, services, opportunities, and communities around them. The gathering creates real-world relationships. Actualize helps those relationships continue between gatherings.

The technology is supporting infrastructure. The humans are the point.

People↔Events↔Facilitators↔Services↔Opportunities↔Communities
  • Someone you meet tonight might be hosting a breathwork workshop next week.
  • Someone else might be looking for a collaborator.
  • Someone might offer a service you've been searching for.
  • Someone might become a close friend.
  • Someone might help you bring an idea to life.

The Call

Bring the heartbeat to your city.

This doesn't require a headquarters, a huge team, or hundreds of existing members. It can begin with one person who loves bringing people together. City Stewards create and nurture these recurring community spaces — and Actualize helps with the structure.

Community isn't something we consume. It's something we create together. Everyone has gifts. Everyone has needs. Everyone knows something. Sometimes all that's needed is a place where those pieces can begin finding one another.

Your city already has the people.
Maybe you're the one who brings them together.

You don't need to know exactly what this will become. No venue yet. No team. No expertise required. If bringing people together in your city feels exciting, we'd love to meet you.
